Today's fun challenge!
The world is constantly communicating through pattern, emotion, body language, coincidence, memory triggers, color, music, and atmosphere. Psychic ability often starts as heightened pattern recognition before it becomes anything more mystical. Today, we practice noticing. Go somewhere public but calm: - a café - bookstore - park - beach - mall - library - even a grocery store (I'd want you guys to have somewhere to sit though). No talking to strangers or creepy behavior (LOL). We are cultivating awareness! Rules: - phones mostly away - no headphones - no judging people - observe gently - stay emotionally regulated - leave if overwhelmed 1. Choose One Person Randomly (Not based on attractiveness or aesthetics. Let intuition pick.) 2. Observe Without Staring - Notice: - posture - clothing texture/colors - movement speed - facial tension - objects they carry - how people react around them - the “vibe” of the space around them 3. Write Down First Impressions - FAST. No overthinking. Examples: - “storm energy” - “feels exhausted” - “yellow energy” - “trying to appear confident” - “grief” - “caretaker” - “divorce energy” - “musician” - “protective older sibling” - “feels disconnected from body” - “ocean” - “metal” - “childhood loneliness” The key is to let symbolic impressions count. Psychic language is often metaphorical before literal. 4. Find Evidence - Now ground the impression in reality. Example: “I sensed nervousness.” Evidence: - bouncing leg - checking exits - tight shoulders - untouched drink This teaches discernment instead of fantasy spiraling. Very important. Some people skip this step and immediately decide they’re channeling Atlantis. We stay on Earth here. 5. Environmental Reading - Now shift from person to atmosphere. Ask: - What emotion does this room carry? - Where does attention naturally flow? - Which corner feels heavy/light? - What color would this environment be? - If this place had a soundtrack, what would it sound like? - Does the space feel tired, excited, lonely, creative, performative?

Here are 7 devotional journal prompts specifically for SHADOW WORK & HEALING. What part of myself do I hide the most from other people, and why? When do I become the coldest version of myself? What usually triggers it? What kind of love am I still trying to earn instead of simply receive? What patterns keep repeating in my relationships, friendships, or creative life? What emotion do i avoid sitting with the longest? (anger/shame/loneliness/grief/disappointment) Why? What version of myself am I still punishing for surviving the only way they knew how? If I fully accepted myself as I am right now, what would actually change in my life? Optional additions: ✨ pull a tarot card after each prompt ✨ create art inspired by your answer ✨ notice recurring themes throughout the week ✨ write without editing yourself <3 Gentle reminder: Shadow work is not about convincing yourself you’re broken--it's about understanding the parts of yourself that developed in order to survive, protect, adapt, disappear, perform, or endure. Sometimes healing begins the moment you stop treating your pain like evidence against your worth. Us humans spend years apologizing for scars created while trying to stay alive. this week, i want you to pay attention to the patterns quietly following you. not everything is a “sign.” but not everything is meaningless either. sometimes your mind, emotions, intuition, memory, and environment start speaking the same symbolic language at once. this week, reflect on: - recurring dreams - repeating numbers - strange coincidences - songs showing up at the perfect time - deja vu - repeated symbols/animals/colors/songs - conversations that oddly mirror your inner thoughts - people reappearing unexpectedly - moments that emotionally linger longer than they should discussion questions: ✨ what’s something strange or symbolic you’ve noticed recently? ✨ do you think synchronicities are spiritual, psychological, or both? ✨ what dream has stayed with you for years? ✨ have you ever had a moment that felt “too timed” to ignore? ✨ what symbols seem to follow you repeatedly in life? remember: you do not have to force meaning onto every little thing. sometimes a bird is just a bird. sometimes your brain is pattern-matching because that’s what brains do.and sometimes… something lands at exactly the right moment and changes you anyway :)
