Aaj 30 days complete huay… aur sach yeh hai ke yeh perfect transformation nahi tha. Main “confused” se “completely consistent” nahi bani…Lekin main bilkul wahi bhi nahi rahi jo 30 din pehle thi. 🧠 Biggest Change: Awareness Is dauran sabse bari growth mindset mein hui. Maine khud se jhoot bolna kam kiya. Apni mistakes ko identify kiya. Tauheed aur self-reflection deep hua. Lekin ek important realization yeh thi: Awareness hona aur us par consistent action lena...dono alag cheezein hain. ⚙️ Discipline: Still In Progress Kuch din strong thay... structured, focused, productive. Phir kuch din bilkul scattered.. low energy, late sleep, broken routine. Yeh consistency nahi… yeh pattern hai jisko ab break karna hai. 💰 Business Reality Orders aaye, kaam hua, customers satisfied thay.. Alhamdulillah 🤍 Lekin sach yeh hai ke maine business ko grow nahi kiya… sirf manage kiya. Abhi tak: Order aata hai → kaam hota hai Lekin:Order lane ka system strong nahi hai 💻 Skill Growth Plan tha ke daily learning hogi… lekin consistency weak rahi. Yeh meri clear weakness hai — aur isi ko fix karna hai. ⏰ Time & Energy Sabse bada issue: Late sleep → late wake → low energy → scattered day Is cycle ne meri productivity ko sabse zyada affect kiya. 🏠 Responsibilities Ghar ke kaam, family support, kitchen... yeh sab daily part hain aur important bhi. Lekin yeh bhi realize hua ke agar main apna focused time protect nahi karti, to growth slow ho jati hai. 🤍 Emotional Strength Is dauran ek positive change yeh tha ke main har setback ke baad completely collapse nahi hui. Recover karna seekha. React karne ke bajaye handle karna seekha. 📊 Final Truth Yeh 30 days perfect nahi thay. Lekin yeh wasted bhi nahi thay. Main abhi “consistent builder” nahi bani…Lekin main “aware aur trying” stage se “intentional improvement” ki taraf move kar rahi hoon. ⚡ Next Phase Focus - Sleep fix karni hai (yeh base hai) - Daily 3 non-negotiables: - • Deen - • Skill - • Business action - Random effort nahi... system build karna hai

Daily journal 🍀 Day 16 , April 30 ,26 Achievements of the month ✅Complete my Smm course ✅Learn about lead generation ✅Watch mental mastery lectures they are very helpful. ✅ Daily recitation with translation ( really heals me and clear my concepts about different things) ✅Scroll time has been reduced (Alhmdulillah) ✅Offer daily five time prayers a day almost Things should need to be done but didn't do it ❌ Daily journal posting ❌ Working on my smm skills ❌ Sharing notes ❌ Sleep schedule disturbed ❌Help mother more ❌Waste time in overthinking My next month goals🔥 ✨ Schedule my sleep ✨ Daily journal posting ✨ Generate content for insta and LinkedIn and post it daily and start out reach ✨Learn about bidding ✨Taking mental mastery lectures daily ✨Help my mother more ✨ Instead of overthinking about the results,take action ,do my best and leave the rest to Allah . About today: Today is not very productive except posting on LinkedIn, reading and comment in the community post because I had a severe pain in my ( dar ) ,so I lay on the bed whole day .

- 🌅 Aaj subah main 5:30 AM par uthi. - 🍳 Papa aur bhai ka nashta banaya. - 🍱 Lunch pack kiya. - 🍯 Shehad wala garam paani piya. - 🤲 Qaza Fajr parhi. - 🍽️ Apne liye nashta banaya. - 📱 Phir se Instagram secure karne ke bare mein parha. - Abhi tak password reset nahi hua. - 😴 Phir 8:30 AM par so gayi. Midday ☀️ - 🕐 1 PM par mamma ne uthaya. - 😔 Mujhe rona aaya kyun ke main itni dair sona nahi chahti thi. - 🍫 Chocolate swirl buns ke liye aata goondha. - ☕ Chai banayi. - 🍽️ khana khaya. - 🍞 Ghar ke liye bhi aata goondha. - 💆‍♀️ 3 bajay mamma se hair oiling karwayi. - 🍞 Dough ko proof hone ke liye chhor diya. Afternoon Work 🍳✨ - 🚿 Shower lene gayi. - 🤲 Zohar parhi. - 🧀 Phir Mac n Cheese ka order aa gaya. - Woh banayi. - 🍫 Chocolate swirl buns ko shape di. - Loaf mein rakha. - 2nd proofing ke liye chhor diya. - 🧼 Saath saath bartan dhoye. - 🍊 CAC 1000 pi. - 🧀 Ghar ke liye bhi Mac n Cheese bake ki. - (Mere bhai ko har dafa khani hoti hai jab main order ke liye banati hoon 😄) Evening 🌇 - 🤲 Asar parhi. - 🍞 Ek ek kar ke chocolate swirl buns ke loaf bake kiye. - ☀️ Garmi ki wajah se aaj baking ka maza nahi aaya. - 🤲 Maghrib parhi. - 🍞 Phir mamma, papa aur bhai ki rotiyan banayi. Night 🌙 - 😌 Phir thora rest kiya. - ☕ Chai banayi. - 🤲 Isha parhi. - 💻 Aur ab poore din ke baad laptop khola hai. - 📝 Journal post karne lagi hoon. - Aaj mein emotional ho rahi thi pata nahi kiyu - Discipline ka matlab hamesha energized feel karna nahi hota? Tomorrow’s Focus 🎯 - Sleep timing stabilize karni hai. - Insta issue ko fixed limit time dena hai. - Subah ke golden hours bachane hain.
