My main discipline leak is a lack of pre planning. Instead of getting up and going straight to the gym I sit and have a cuppa and watch the news then get depressed. I told myself that it was because I didn't have a new intention diary and I'd make one that was 3 months ago. I resonate with the systems approach, hopefully by the end of the 13 week bootcamp I'll have those systems implemented.
