Couple Quick Updates
I have had some requests for a couple different features and I wanted to get everyones perspectives. I think that the aspect ratio on my videos has been focuesed on desktop/laptop users and is difficulty to see on cell phones. I am going to redo my videos this weekend to make them easier to see with cell phones. I have also copied all of the text below the videos as well to make the information and my citations easier to review. The quality of exercise examples is lacking so I will be adding high definition animation videos of compound lifts that highlights the exact muscle groups that are being targeted to help you all understand the powerful compounding effect of resistance training multiple muscle groups simultaneously with mulit-joint compound lifts. I have had a sports specific request for increasing vertical jumping capacity. I was going to take time this weekend to put together a basic power generation video illustrating important lifts as well as sets/reps to shoot for to improve your muscles ability to generate power for movements like jumping. I have had a bunch of diet questions. I wanted to ask everyone if they want me to post recipe examples of affordable and macro friendly meal prep ideas? What kind of diet and meal prep content would you all like me to make? I can talk about general meal planning or I can actually put together meals for you all to start implementing to show you all how I meal prep as well as the overall cost per meal etc. Thanks everyone for supporting this community! Hi! Thanks for conciderading about cell phones;moreover, I would like to have meal preperation videos but please concider about different regions like mine is Bangladesh. And It would be wonderful if you can teach us how we can make this meal chart. Calculations of calories and meal seams difficult for me or I might not know the proper way. Thank you.

Hey thank you for the recipe, shall I need just one meal like chicken korma at a single time? No other curry or vegetables need to add on my meal? As we usually have many curries with rice at a time 😅
Fitness Module
The first module is posted in the classroom tab! The first module has everything that you need to get started. Please post weight loss wins in our community thread to share your success with the rest of the community! In the fitness module, I go over macros and calorie intake, sleep, and exercise techniques for losing weight and gaining muscle. I take a deep dive into the science behind fat loss and muscle protein synthesis, and I tabulated action steps in each video. I will be posting much more in the coming weeks. I have roughly 3 hours of content posted so far but by the end of this course I will have around 10-15 hours of free fitness content available to all of our community members. Hey! Its wonderful that you are helping us but I am on phone so its really hard to read the text and look at those pictures. I would love to have a way to dig in. And I am concentrating more on weight loss and fat loss. Thank you
