Today's Reflection – Module 1 Completed ✅ Today I recalled the complete Module 1 recording and worked through it step by step. I am really happy with the insights I gained. I analyzed my business using the 7 Core Business Values, understood my customer mindset, identified their pain points, and created clear action plans. I also learned how to attract the right customers, prepared my Top 20 Customer Lead List, built my Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and understood how to confidently handle Referral System conversations. This analysis has given me much more clarity and a structured approach to grow my business. I now have a stronger foundation, a clearer direction, and an action-oriented mindset.
