so I was jumping today and I finally hit the board, admittedly there was extreme wind (I think like -11 it was really bad) but I just want to know how’s my form and what else should I do.
I know that I have trash low heel and I tense up, anything else I need to fix and also what do I do to fix tensing because I don’t feel powerful without it and low heel.
Been doing track for over 3+ years and just trying to get as many tips as possible because I’m sick of being 27 seconds in the 200 and 15’10 in the long jump.
