Asselamu aleikum wa rahmatullahi wa ta ala wa barakatu im 17 rn with a slight kickboxxing background wanna start doing bjj this summer when i move cities, maybe a bit late but i think its never too late i wanna start doing mma by the end of the year meanwhile im doing cardio cuz im a little handicaped from my torn ACL but i still wanna do things and not just rest and stay home i‘d love to get advices
