Habits
Today I was listening to a podcast about habits and how us human are very habit oriented. The podcast broke it into 4 parts. Every habit follows a simple four-step loop: cue, craving, response, and reward. A habit begins with a cue that triggers the brain to act automatically, followed by a craving—the desire for a change in state or feeling. This craving drives the response, which is the behavior itself, and that behavior leads to a reward. The reward satisfies the craving and reinforces the behavior, teaching the brain that this pattern is worth repeating. Over time, this loop runs on autopilot, shaping much of our daily behaviour and explaining why habits—both good and bad—play such a powerful role in our lives.

Salam alykum, I’m completely new to the course and community, I have zero experience in coding or freelancing. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated. If there’s anyone I can add value to also, I would be happy to do so.

I’m starting the freelancer course as well, how is it going? If you have any tips let me know and l would be doing vice versa as well
Finalised my first paying client.
Greeting all Alhamdulillah. Just wanted to share my experience with the 6 Figure Freelancing course. It really helped me shift my mindset and see freelancing in a different way. The content is solid and the videos are easy to follow. Shuayb also gives really helpful insights when you need some guidance. It’s not a shortcut though. The course gives you the tools and direction, but you still have to put in the work and figure things out for yourself. I took my time to go through it properly, and eventually it helped me get my first paying client. If you’re going through it now, just be patient and stay consistent. It does pay off.
