Big achievement...Or is it?
My cold callers sent 13 quotes in 3 days, but the quotes are not being delivered to potential customers. I have some concerns about the effectiveness of the process, and I've put 3 agents on hold until we have a solution for that.

@Corey Price 1- You mentioned in one of your videos that we can do both commercial and residential and this is why there's a drop down where you can choose the system type (Commercial/Residential). 2- Some of the leads are commercial and they didn't receive any calls or emails. 3- Supposedly they're waiting for a quote not a cold call. 4- We monitor calls and forms are being submitted after listening to the call and validating information and making sure that the customer is interested and not only trying to get the caller off the phone.

@Corey Price What we really need is a solution to track the leads that we're sending and to make sure that quotes are being sent

The team's hard work landed us 7 quotes! However, without a lead tracking system, we can't confirm if the leads even received them, making it difficult to celebrate their full accomplishment.

Phone Number Setup in AI Profit
I am not having any success with my campaign start in AI Profit. My campaign was rejected. Is anyone having problems with setting up SMS in AI Profit?

What Works best in your opinion?
I just begun cold calling lists as part of the commercial solar program. In a single day, two of my cold callers had already submitted three quotes. However, I was wondering if this was the ideal way to do it. Let me know your thoughts
