@Josue Hernandez thank you so much for your help offer i truly appreciate it. i actually have built a chatbot agent workflow for a university, the targeted users are prospective students and existing students. i face difficulties with isolating the access for each type of user inside the workflow, and there are other things like a personality of the chatbot, already prompted inside the agents but for somehow the output not consistent and not as expected. i am using chatgpt-5-nano with low reasoning i am not sure if that is the reason but i can use other model due to cost reasons. because the university set a minimum budget for the project.
