30-Day / 5K Challenge – Log Your Runs Here
Dates: Monday, October 6 – Sunday, November 3, 2024 Goal: Run at least 5 km every day for 30 days. 📜 Rules - Minimum 5 km per day (road, trail, or treadmill). - Log your run each day on Skool with a screenshot or link from Strava (or another tracking app). - Runs must be done daily — no doubling up. - Only runs posted in Skool will count. 🏆 Prizes - 3 winners will be selected from those who complete all 30 days. - Prize: Velocity Black Top + Tight Shorts set. - Winners announced and contacted at the beginning of November. Log your runs daily, cheer on others, and let’s make it through 30 days together. Who’s in? Drop a 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ below if you’re joining!
