This training is shiiiickkkk !!!!
Just pumped out back & biceps session. Been travelling the last couple of weeks and was hard to get some workouts in and did eventually get one in earlier in a week and just did a quick “sets and reps” sesh, and it just wasn’t the same. Slowed things down for today’s session with full on discipline on static hold, and it was worlds apart. Felt amazing. I’m experiencing 20 second holds instead of 30 and doing negative reps the last 10 seconds and findind it the bomb.com, because you can go a tad heavier on 20seconds. Just loving it.
This training is da bomb.com
Hi gang, I’ve been doing static hold training all week in the gym and fully jiving it. It’s actually stimulating to have a different way to train after 20 years of the same BS that never really seemed too productive (for me). Maybe it’s just my body, but the many reps and sets never really got me too far. I do feel that I’m going to gain some good results using this method.

@Benny D hey Benny, I trained whole body, (leg day this morning). Basically I took the concepts Josh shared in his free course coz we can’t access the paid version yet, and applied them to all other body exercises. So took bench press for chest and did static hold, side lateral raises for shoulders (and held), even two big 20kgs for traps. For triceps, went on the tricep pulldown machine and just held half way. I believe Josh is teaching that u just gotta find that point where u feel ur own muscle engage the most and hold right there, (of course, it’ll be different for everyone). Some will be an inch higher, lower etc. Once u find it, “magic”. Dunno if I’m trippin, but I’ve actually noticed different gains on the body parts I trained this week. That motivates me to go back again. Really loving this.
Loving it so far...
Started training this way after learning the methods in the free program. Definitely a unique and MORE FOCUSED way of training in the gym. I can surely see how this will build TRUE muscle and strength ov er time, compared to regular sets. It requires much more discipline and commitment in the gym. Looking forward to mastering this.

Make your mission feel like "play" that looks like "work" - to those who are watching.
