Crewai with perplexity
I am developing a crew which is using serper api to search internet but the searches are of very low quality so I was thinking if I can use perplexity ai as llm then I might not need to do internet search. So is it possible to use perplexity models with crewai?

"perplexity-online" are great models, a little more expensive but i found them quite reliable
AI agent that retrieves data from databases
I have a business idea where AI will retrieve required data from database (non-SQL) to address user query. It's unfeasible to "teach" AI specific query language, so I am reverting to create a set of custom tools-functions that does this job for specific task. Do we have any good examples or guidance on implementation of this idea? Is langchain is the tool of choice for this orh there are better frameworks for this? Sort of: "Tell me what caused an anomaly in server traffic for the last 24 hours?" LLM will run query to: 1. Find timeframe of anomaly (spike in events for the last 24 hours) 2. Run the query of source (region), IP address, browser type, etc... for that timeframe 3. Compare this data to typical average traffic during this time - run "calculate an average..." 4. Report resuts: "This IP address, from this region was trying to hit these pages 10x times..." That's the logic. Interested in possible implementations of this

if there is a database + some rules / abstract logic, i am sure you can teach the model to run queries over the database and find anomalies the same way the model can run simple statistical models. just my 0.02
Which database for my App?
I Know, I Know. its a wide ranging subject. I have an application that will have registrations, login , passwords, and account details held in it. I don't want to go down the road of installing MySQL or PostgreSQL What are your recommendations, and why? I was thinking MongoDB but that seems an older choice. Firebase I have heard a lot about but never used it. Opinions?
