It's a balance right, We can't listen to others as the ideas that will genuinely be innovative and make people successful - are successful because they innovate beyond what normal people think But on the other hand we need self-awareness and feedback of our un-optimal behaviour so we can refine and improve ourselves. So perhaps we should just be careful who we listen to rather than just "don't listen to others"
Any Asha content for sleep?
I'm getting really stressed out at my new job cold calling, and find Asha very relaxing to listen to. Is there any self-improvement sleep hypnosis stuff I could listen to to recode my brain as I drift off to sleep Would also be a great idea for a course, where can I listen to the course for multiple nights to sleep. Thank you wisely, Will listen to one of your hypnosises to sleep tonight.

I will help you cure your addiction for free.
I will help you cure your addiction for free. I’ve been where you are For over a decade, I was addicted to several drugs and managed to overcome them on my own Back then, I was too weak to ask for help, but I now realize that having a trusted person to support me step by step, without forcing me, would have been life-changing 🏆Since then, I’ve specialized in various holistic practices and have helped over a thousand people transform their lives Curing addiction is simple when you understand its root cause ✅Here’s the truth: You’re not addicted. You have unmet needs and rely on your addiction to fulfill them 👉🏼Once you identify these unmet needs, you can address them and free yourself from the suffering they’ve created This process becomes effortless once you gain clarity ✅Unlike many traditional methods, my approach fills the gap that other solutions leave behind. With my program, you’ll learn powerful self-mastery tools that enable you to: ⚡️Find the root cause through hypnosis ⚡️Gain control over your emotions with meditation. ⚡️Resist temptation in real-life situations. 🎖️You Are Cure You don’t need to rely on expensive programs or lifelong treatments. ❤️With the right support, you can take control of your recovery. I've completely fallen off this habit Keen to jump back on and learn how to access our gut intuition, which actually has some decent science behind it.
Scientific benefits of humming (backing up the OM practice)
Strap in, here's a big scientific dump - on the benefits of humming: My favourite hack = increases nitric oxide production by 15x = relaxing + improved athletic performance. Physiological Benefits - Increases nitric oxide production: - Humming increases nasal nitric oxide production by up to 15-fold compared to quiet exhalation (Weitzberg & Lundberg, 2002). - Nitric oxide has antimicrobial properties and improves oxygen uptake (Lundberg et al., 2003). - - Improves respiratory function: - Enhances sinus ventilation and clearance (Maniscalco et al., 2003). - May help prevent and treat chronic rhinosinusitis (Eby, 2006). - - Affects cardiovascular system: - Lowers heart rate and blood pressure (Bhimani et al., 2011). - Improves heart rate variability, indicating better stress resilience (Trivedi et al., 2023). - - Stimulates the vagus nerve: - Activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation (Chang et al., 2021). - May improve vagal tone, benefiting overall health (Gerritsen & Band, 2018). Neurological and Cognitive Effects - Alters brain activity: - Increases theta wave activity, associated with relaxation and improved cognition (Kuppusamy et al., 2023). - May enhance alpha wave activity, linked to creativity and reduced anxiety (Vialatte et al., 2009). - _ - Potential cognitive benefits: - Improved cognitive control and response inhibition (Pramanik et al., 2010). - Enhanced attention and memory (Joshi et al., 2018). Psychological and Emotional Benefits - Stress reduction: - Significantly lowers stress index compared to other activities, including sleep (Trivedi et al., 2023). - Activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation (Chang et al., 2021). - Mood enhancement: - May reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety (Kanchibhotla et al., 2020). - Promotes overall sense of well-being (Goldman & Goldman, 2017).
