Capture Info with Flow instead of Form?
Is there a way to start a flow from the first chat entry? I'm trying to achieve information capture via flow instead of the form.

@Martin Jackson Hi Martin, yes we are using OpenAI, to take the conversation and make it readable for the client. Where things are getting off for me is... somehow the fields are changing. Example is attached where the Message Content has come through the webhook with three different names over time. When that happens my zap doesn't send any transcript. It also happens with the Name fields and when that happens it filters the zap altogether, because we don't send leads without names.

Is there a way to fix this?
Do you see how sometimes it replies and changes the font and italicizes? What is causing that and how can I stop it?
