QUESTION CLUE 4
I have a question about clue 4. I am not sure where to ask the question. In case it is here, this is my question. I have started working in the pattern. Prior to start of clue 4 - I have 224 stitches on my body per my size. When I complete the color chart 9 times I have 8 stitches left. What am I doing wrong? What am I supposed to do with these stitches? Thanks!

I completed clue three and I did not have any issue. I did the partial repeat. Now in clue 4 first row, I did the 24 stitch chart pattern a total of 9 times starting at the BOR. The 9th pattern complete yet and have 8 stitches left, which is not enough to do another 24 count chart pattern. I am near BOR and not under a sleeve. :/. Hope that helps. When I did the math… I think I followed the pattern correctly, since there are 24 stitches in a pattern repeat and I did it 9 times, which is 216 total stitches. At the end of clue three the pattern says I should have 224 stitches, which I did/do. The difference is 8. So I think I followed the pattern correctly. . I think I could do the first 7 stitches of the chart… and maybe just do one extra purl at 8? My concern is this is at BOR. I’m not sure how noticeable it will be. I may also be able to back up and add a stitch somewhere so I have 9 stitch? Sorry to be a pain. I am really enjoying this! It is my first ever sweater and my first ever knit a long. I’m so excited! Thank you
