I'm pivoting mid 12-week year
****Ugh...I accidentally deleted the post that sent the email! Sorry! I wanted to share something with you… because I think it might help if you are in the middle of building right now, too. I made a mid-12-week-year pivot. And I want to show you what that looked like for me. (See screenshot + listen to the audio below 🎧) I kept my original goals: Goal 1 → $1200/month recurring revenue from Skool and affiliates Goal 2 → $2500/month profit from Amazon KDP and FBA Those did not change. But my tactics did. And this is the part that really shifted things for me… Instead of trying to push harder on things that were not gaining traction yet (yes… Pinterest 😅) I paused and asked myself: What would actually make this feel easier… and more sustainable? And my answer was simple: I need support. I need a system. I need something working with me. So I added a third goal: Build and integrate AI coworkers into my business Not as a side project As part of how I work each day And then I made space for it. Which meant… I reduced some of my other tactics. Less doing More building And that felt uncomfortable at first. But also… really right. Because this new focus is a multiplier. If I build this well, it supports: my content my marketing my consistency Everything I am already trying to do So instead of adding more to my plate I gently changed the plate And I just want to say this, especially if you are in your own 12 Week Year right now… You are allowed to pivot. You are allowed to adjust. You are allowed to make your plan work for you. This is not about following it perfectly It is about getting results in a way that actually feels doable Sometimes that looks like: pausing what is not working reallocating your time building a better system instead of pushing harder Here is what I am doing now I am starting simple. My first AI coworker is focused on content creation: researching ideas designing and writing publishing consistently Just that.
