Write a letter to yourself. Put in it your hopes and dreams for the future and where you want to see yourself. Then put it away for five years and read it it.

Start this week off right changing the way you speak to yourself. This along with mindfulness has turned my life around.

I think that I am worth $1 a day. This site will grow as I do. It will at some point grow in price to $365 per my current estimate time being around $1a day. Many of you may have paid $95 at this point because I feel that it represents what I currently (05-01-2026) feel the course is worth. No matter what you pay once you are here you will always be here and have access to whatever this grows into 😘
