👊 Kettlebell Kumite #19 - DOJO SWING CHALLENGE | July 13 - August 2, 2026
this kumite takes us back to the roots. THE MISSION - how many sings can the dojo collectively do? - every rep from every dojo member counts and gets added to the total. HOW IT WORKS - any swing type counts - hand to hand, single hand, two hands swings - comment below with: 1. the number of swings you did, AND  2. the new dojo total (add your reps to the last posted total) THE CHALLENGE kumite #3 asked the dojo to swing as much as possible in 30 days. the final count was 44k swings. we will now try to beat that number! TARGET: 44,001 reps (yes, one more than last time is technically a win, but let’s not be that dojo 😏) let’s go swing and smash some records 💪

INTRODUCING: BELT TEST WEEK
Starting April 2026, BELT TEST WEEK becomes a global Lebe Stark ritual, held every first week of the month, starting on the first Monday. From now on, your training has a target. Each month becomes a build-up toward something that matters. The ultimate standard: the Black Belt. Here’s how it works: – Black Belt tests can only be attempted during Belt Test Week – Successful tests are recorded and recognized – Verified Black Belts receive the Black Belt T-Shirt as a symbol of their achievement All other belts from White to Brown can still be completed throughout the rest of the month. Belt Test Weeks 2026: • April: Monday, April 6, 2026 • May: Monday, May 4, 2026 • June: Monday, June 1, 2026 • July: Monday, July 6, 2026 • August: Monday, August 3, 2026 • September: Monday, September 7, 2026 • October: Monday, October 5, 2026 • November: Monday, November 2, 2026 • December: Monday, December 7, 2026 All Black Belt attempts will be verified in-house and online by @Theo Besson, @Angie Dzemaili, @Fergus Watson, @Tatjana Fischer, @Russ Crowley as well as myself. You find all infos here Now, let's stop the yapping and start the prepping! 🔥

The Lebe Stark Belt System Has Evolved (AGAIN!)
Today we officially expand the Lebe Stark belt system to 10 belt levels. This change allows for a smoother progression, clearer milestones, and a true elite tier for those who dedicate years to the craft. - The first change establishes a clear and definitive standard of the rules. These can be found here. - The Double Jerk has also been added to the exercise selection. A full description of the movement can be found here. As for the belt tests, the foundation remains unchanged. - Levels 1 to 3 stay exactly as they are. Level 4 has been slightly adjusted to better reflect the 2KG progression for women. Women now perform this level with the 14KG. From there, the system evolves further into double bell mastery. With the following evels, we introduce a clear progression through the double bell path. - Level 5 – PHANTOM: 2 x 8KG for women | 2 x 12KG for men - Level 6 – WRAITH: 2 x 10KG for women | 2 x 16KG for men - Level 7 – SPECTRE: 2 x 12KG for women | 2 x 20KG for men - Level 8 – SERAPH: 2 x 14KG for women | 2 x 24KG for men After SERAPH, the practitioner arrives at a crossroads and the path now changes again; echoing Bruce Lee's principle of the three levels of cultivation. The final two belts represent the Elite tiers of the system, and here we return to single bell mastery. The additional levels of GPP developed through double bell training will now reveal their value. The strength, endurance, and structure built during the double bell stages carry forward and support the practitioner at the elite levels. - Level 9 – ALPHA: 16KG for women | 28KG for men - Level 10 – APEX: 20KG for women | 32KG for men At this point the weight jumps increase to 4KG for both men and women, reflecting the international standards of elite kettlebell mastery.

🥷 Kettlebell Kumite #12 - IRON STREAK | OCTOBER 13, 2025 – NOVEMBER 9, 2025
The Kumite returns with a new challenge: the IRON STREAK. THE MISSION Forge consistency through iron discipline. Your goal: train at least 3 days per week from October 13 to November 9, 2025. This Kumite isn’t about how much you lift — it’s about how long you last! Show up, stay committed, and keep your streak alive. HOW TO JOIN Step 1 – Comment on this post to confirm your entry into the Iron Streak. Step 2 – Start training. Any kettlebell workout counts. Step 3 – After each training day, comment on this post to log your progress. Optional: Share a photo or video to inspire your fellow warriors in the Dojo. GAME RULES Consistency is the key. Each participant must train on 3 different days per week. Multiple sessions in one day count as one training day. Training more than 3 days doesn’t earn extra points — it simply strengthens your resolve. POINT SYSTEM Points are tallied weekly. You earn 1 point per training day, up to 3 points per week.Your total score is the sum of all weekly points across the entire Kumite. Example: Loosey Goosey trained 3 days last week and earned 3 points. This week, he trained 2 days — bringing his total to 5 points. FINAL NOTES This is a kettlebell-only Kumite. All kettlebell sessions count — any weight, any format, any length. You can follow a single program throughout or mix it up each session. The Iron Streak is an individual challenge, but the journey is shared. We move together — built on consistency, curiosity, and a love for kettlebells. SCOREBOARD Your progress gets tracked here: Iron Streak Scorboard THANK YOU Big thanks to @Ionut Lazau and the Mod-Squad for igniting and refining the idea. Dojo Mods are putting in serious work to keep everybody engaged!
