I have tried the paella at several restaurants & they were good. However, none were nearly as good as the one cooked at home by my daughter’s friends who were visiting from Spain. The young couple prepared a delicious paella that had different seafood, meats & peas. They cooked it stovetop & finished it in the oven since we did not have a super large cooking pot for the amount being cooked. They were so quick preparing it that I couldn’t keep up with the amounts added nor all of the ingredients & seasonings used. I haven’t been able to cook one as good as theirs so I am looking forward to learning to finally cook a a great paella.
