Lost my flame! Here's what I'm feeling
Relieved! Weirdly, yes, relieved. While I do like having a little flame next to my name (it's fun, OK). I actually felt a sense of relief when I just noticed (like 5mins ago) that I lost it yesterday. 2 activities short. But I feel happy because when I look back on yesterday, I was... - with my kids - watching a fun show with my husband - cooking a delicious dinner - literally not thinking about making sure I hit "10 activities for the day" This may not mean anything to many people. But I don't actually work every single day, at the moment. I have 3 kids under 4. Life is pretty unpredictable. And I'm in a mix of mum & work mode a lot of the time. So it feels kind of... nice... to lose the flame. Now I don't have any weird pressure to keep it up. I'm sure I'll get competitive again (with myself, lol) and try to get it back. But for now, I'm good. 😅 Curious: Have you ever got the flame then lost it?

I don't think it matters at all. The most important thing is you had time with your family 🥰
“Join my community” isn’t a growth strategy
If you’re trying to grow your Skool by just telling people to join for the community... It may not be working. Here's why: People don’t usually join communities for the container (never say NEVER, it CAN work) But in MOST cases... they join for a specific RESULT. Instead, give them a reason to join 👇 A free (or paid) resource that solves the first step. To help you create that, I’ve put together this resource: I originally created it inside my other community, Funnel Envy (where I help coaches, course creators, membership owners create simple sales funnels to sell consistently) After I built it, I realised… This is the exact same approach I’d use to grow a Skool. Because whether you’re: → Growing an email list → Growing a free Skool → Or running a freemium model You’re solving the same problem: Getting the *RIGHT* people in — not just MORE people! Inside, I break down: → Why most freebies attract the wrong audience → How to design one that pre-qualifies buyers → A simple 5-step process to lead into your offer If you take away ONE thing, let it be this: Your free Skool isn’t the hook. Your FREE RESOURCE is. If your community feels quiet…or full of people who NEVER upgrade… It may not be a content problem. It might be an ENTRY problem. Check it out here: https://claude.ai/public/artifacts/2f190908-8f9a-4924-9b31-b586d7a4f325 P.S. Attached the vid of me talking through this! While the video specifically talks about freebies > email list, the same concept should apply for a freebie to a Freemium or Free Skool.

This is such a good point. I need to adjust my messaging, thank you ☺️

@Lea Artis thank you and it's lovely to meet up again. I'm focusing now on creating resources for coaches to use with their clients, rather than digital products 🥰
Do you use a free resource to get people into your Skool?
What I mean is: Do you highlight a special resource to attract people to your Skool ...instead of just relying on selling the "community"?

Yes, I share a free coaching workbook template which coaches can brand as their own and share with their coaching clients or audience.
Keywords are here!
Check your Discovery tab. What keywords will you use? 👀 P.S. I’ve linked the Skool News episode about this!

Thank you for the link @Elise Hodge I've just added mine:
Do you need help with this?
I'm wondering if anyone needs help with STARTING & SETTING UP their Skool communities! I know there are many of you who already HAVE communities and who want to improve your About page so you can get more members coming up. But I've had a few people ask me for help with actually STARTING the community. So if that's you... Can you let me know?
