...that's how much audio needs to be rendered to create the IMD wavetables 😂 Keep in mind this is done at 192kHz for efficiency I suppose I could split the input signals into Left and Right channels in order to render 2 feeds at once (cutting the time in half), but that's a lot of work to set up and will still take over 4 whole days of constant render time... I don't even have space on my laptop for this. I'm down to my last 320GB 🫠 (this operation requires around 1.2TB) These hurdles make me want it more 😍

Because I've met a lot of people who think they fully understand stereo. I've yet to meet anyone who can speak about the stereo field at Stereo School level. Doesn't happen. I ask a few questions and they start waving the white flag. Also, the ramifications of this material go waaay beyond the stereo image. What you'll learn here will be invaluable even if/whenever you're mixing in pure mono. I'm actually wondering how do I best convey the value here? I created Stereo School because I was getting so many questions regarding stereo width... but it turned out as something much more encompassing than just that.

I put a good 10+ hours into hi hat design over the last few days. It's a gargantuan task. The process is long and arduous. The sad thing is, I'm gonna have to delete everything I've done so far and start again 😩 ...chalking that 10+ hours up to a learning experience. My prep was about 90% where it needed to be, and now I've realised I'm better off returning to the prep phase and restarting the whole process. It will probably take me weeks before I'm ready to publish, but I promise you, these samples will be a BIG deal 👌
