G'day. I'm from Australia. I'm 54 years young and getting back into rolling. My short term goals would be to 1 increase my fitness 2 become more agile 3 enhance my knowledge My long-term goals would be to one day pass on my experiences. I always enjoy learning but I do get a kick out of helping others and seeing them flourish. I would also strive to roll as long as I can, even though I haven't been involved for a while I'm constantly browsing through videos about jiu-jitsu, wrestling and any other forms of martial arts. I would like to give more time to Tongan NSW Juniors Rugby League which is a non profit organisation who helps girls and boys to play rugby league. This is a means for the youth to see more into their culture and heritage through rugby league.
