👑 Authority April | Week 2 — Opinion vs. Explanation
Most people think more explanation equals more credibility. It doesn't. In the context of opinion and perspective, over-explaining signals uncertainty — that you don't quite trust what you're saying to hold its own weight. 🧠 Here's what's really happening underneath it: you're trying to make sure everyone in your audience feels included. You're being inclusive instead of being exclusive about who your work is actually for. And a message built for everyone lands with no one. 🎥 Post a short video inside the School, under two minutes: name an opinion you hold that you usually turn into an explanation and just state it. No lesson attached. Examples: 💬 "I don't believe consistency is a time-management issue." 💬 "I think most people are avoiding discomfort, not lacking clarity." Say it, let it stand. If you're willing, post publicly with #OutLoud and drop the link below with one sentence on what felt strong and one on where you felt the urge to explain. See you in the comments!

🎬 Out Loud On Camera Challenge | Day 2
Welcome to Day 2 of the Out Loud On Camera Challenge! Here's what we're working with today: One Thing You Know To Be True. Not a belief system. Not an opinion. One thing you know from your own lived experience that you would stake your name on. Something you earned. Say it out loud, clearly and directly. The people who need to hear it are already out there waiting. 🗣 Start with: “Something I know to be true, that took me years to understand, is…” I will use mine for an example: "Something that I know to be true is that it is not SELFISH to put yourself first. IT is not SELFISH to choose to do do whatever makes you happy. I now know that when I put myself first and do what fulfills me, everyone around me benefits. It is not selfish to put me first." 📲 Post to Instagram with #OutLoud. Drop your Instagram link or the video itself below.

@Linda Welch I resonate with this so much! I struggle with the same thing! Thank you for your vulnerability. It's interesting how we tend to internalize the negative comments and dismiss the positive ones. The fact that you shared this and have the awareness to continue is inspiring. I look forward to seeing more of your videos.
✨ How I Craft My Offers
Hey y’all. I wanted to take a moment to share how I actually craft my offers, because I see so many people overthinking this part of their business. In the video, I walk you through: • How I decide what to teach • How I choose the length of an offer • How I structure the experience • How I think about features vs benefits • And how I price from value, not fear If you’re building or refining your own offers, let this be a reminder: Clarity creates confidence. Spaciousness creates integration. And intention creates impact. Reflection prompt for you: What is the true end result of your current offer, and does the container actually support that transformation? Watch the video, let it land, and notice what shifts for you. Feel free to ask your questions below!

🎤 JUST SAY IT JANUARY — DAY TWO: NAME YOUR BUSINESS STANDARD
Your business rises to the level of the standard you speak out loud. Today is about naming the minimum you’re no longer willing to negotiate with: • the way you show up • the clients you allow • the energy you work from • the boundaries you keep • the value you own • the visibility level you hold • the money you’re willing to receive Your standard is your leadership. And leadership begins with language. 🎥 DAY 2 PROMPT: “What is the standard you are setting for yourself in your business this year?” Not the fantasy. Not the wish. The standard. Record your video and speak it into existence. Extra rep: When you record your video, name one small action you’ll take in the next 24 hours to honor what you just said. Drop it below. 👇🏽 Please keep your videos to 2 min or less.
