Sugar eating
I admit that I am a sugar addict which is really bad , I know , and I wonder why I am tired all the time and why my body aches Today , I woke up I ate a little cake , with sugary sirup , I couldn't finish it because no I can't continue like that . So from today I will try to decrease processed sugar from my diet , until I get it away from me because as Shimon said : " Sugar is the new cancer " Tryna be more healthy , And I observed that my body feels more heavy ( I gained weight ) which is not something that I have , I eat a lot and never gain weight , I eat all the time now , and only sugary stuff that's why . I need to restart working out tho

I have cut off a lot of sugar recently by attributing negative experiences to my sugar consumption. I don’t know if this helps

@Hestia Off just try to associate feeling like shit to eating sugar. like maybe eat too much, then feel disgusting. then anytime you want to eat sugar, remember that experience.

(Urgent) How can I stop my bad habits for good?
Hey everyone I hope your all having a goodday/night, I jus wanted to know if anyone has some advice on how they deal with their bad habits, I have some like nail biting and hair picking(is severe) & I just want to know what you guys do as healthy habits to combat feelings of anxiety,depression, boredom cus I feel like those are the reasons why I do these self destructive habits and if anyone has advice or tips I’d really appreciate it, Thankyou:).

replace them with good ones/neutral ones: in your class walks, music, meditation and prayer sound like good options
