Employees feel elevated and valued But surprisingly, many companies are using Certification courses for their HR Purposes - Use in Hiring Process: Before hiring their team members, they tell them to complete the certification course. Otherwise they are not hired. This is a great filters. Those who complete the course are: 1. More inclined to learn new things and have higher dedication. 2. already ready enough to start the work, since they already know the platform. - Certification before Increment and promotion. Before the increment, everyone is asked to complete the courses. If they do not complete the course, they are not qualified for the increment. That is a very easy way for the HR team.
