First Live Call - Ask your questions
Hey together, I’m looking to plan our first live call. Don’t really have an agenda yet outside of introducing what we have planned for this community. So please let me know underneath this point what you’d like me to cover. Simple AMA (Ask Me Anything)… so feel free to ask me anything underneath :)

Hi Can, Got a longer, more specific question for you. A close friend recently became co-owner of a potato company in Cyprus. His role is exports. The potatoes are sold by the container, and he gets paid on commission per container (I think around 50%, though I'm not 100% sure on the number). He offered me a cut if I help him find buyers. Transaction sizes are large, so it's good money. Now man asked me because he knows I study in the UK, and suggested I could go asking around if anyone is interested. He has no idea of my marketing background. I want to come back to him with a way a better system than just me running around like a headless chicken in the UK. Although that's probably not too bad of an idea. Done some very basic research and figured that the target audience for this probably is: 1) Fresh produce importers/wholesalers in established markets(UK, Greece, Germany, Austria, Belgium). 2) Underserved markets (Gulf states, Eastern Europe). 3) Supermarket chains and large foodservice distributors. Now this is where I got stuck. I only have worked with businesses on a local level. These companies are huge. First I thought, how do we reach them? Probably makes sense to find whoever handles procurement/purchasing at each place, then hit them up via cold email, cold call, or LinkedIn. And now what's our offer? I wanted something low threshold, so I thought maybe asking if it's ok to send over a one-pager with the specs, certs, capacity etc, and let that sell the call. Where I'm stuck is I've got zero experience getting through the door at companies this size. Is cold email/LinkedIn even realistic for procurement people at that level, or is there a smarter way in? What would you do differently here?

Hey friend, welcome in. Glad you're here 😊 Have a quick 2 minute read of this because there is this one thing I need you to do at the end. 1. What this is 2. How this community works 3. Two rules (important) 4. What to do now 1. What this is I run a cold email agency. We build outbound systems that fill B2B calendars with qualified sales calls. One of our clients sells fleet software. In 11 months we booked them 210+ qualified calls with Airbus, Lockheed Martin, BMW Group, Toyota, McKinsey and Deloitte. Cold. No warm intros, no ad budget, no existing relationships. For another B2B software company we brought them over $1M in 22 months added in actual cash collected (not the LTV added. Only cash collected.) And in this community, I'm going to show you exactly how to copy that system for yourself. Because: the setup that books a Fortune 500 is the same one a 15-person company runs on its local market. It's EXACTLY the same. The only thing that's different is literally the purpose. AKA who you're targeting. 2. How this community works It's free to join, and the core of it stays free. The fundamentals: • how to set up sending infrastructure • how to build and verify a list • how to write emails that get replies • how to warm call leads (quickly) • how to follow up without being annoying That stays free and I have no plans to move it behind a paywall. On top of that there will be paid tiers later: Advanced courses, and live calls where we get on a call and work on your actual campaigns together with the screen shared. Quite literally your list, your copy, your numbers, your accounts. You just give me the problem and I'll give you the solution. Those open when they're genuinely ready. AND: The first 100 members are founding members, and founding members get all of it free. Forever. Every course, every tier, every live call, including the paid ones once they launch. You got here early, you keep everything. After 100, that door closes. So while the spots are still there: if you know someone who'd get something out of this, invite them in now. A room like this gets better the more people are in it posting real numbers.

Hello everyone! I’m Mike Theophanides, born and raised in Cyprus. People love calling it “the next Dubai”. I’ll be the first to tell you they’re horrible liars but it’s still a pretty awesome country with lots of history. Right now I split my year between Cyprus and the UK, where I’m in my final year of studies. Outside of that, I’m big into racing. Karting, watching F1, and yes, occasionally taking my own car a little faster than I should. Let’s keep that between us. I trust you won’t let the police know. And this my current workplace:
