Today let’s talk about workplace hygiene!… tis the season for sickness! Let’s remember to be mindful of our surroundings. Disease spreads like wildfire through these ski lodges and the last thing we want is a bunch of sick pilots moping around. Just remember to always be washing hands and don’t take any pills that are going to cause you to be drowsy out in the field. Eat right and take your multivitamins when appropriate and keep your situational awareness on high alert, just like when you are out flying! It’s all fun and games until the stick jockey gets sick!!! Fly safe and have fun out there!!!

Case in point, I’m trying out a new vitamin pack out this coming shift! As someone who deals with dry eye and working in a dry environment (on rotation in the desert in NM) I routinely use my humidifier. It makes a world of difference in dry climates. I sleep better and it works wonders for breathing (snoring)! Safe shift friends!
