Here is a link to my 2 websites. I would love to hear some constructive feedback.
I currently have 2 website that I am running organic traffic seo methods too. My main website has blogs and backlinks. I had a 2nd website built because I want to see which website performs better for traffic and leads. I have gotten some calls and leads from my GMB page attached to my website. Here is the link to my main website: https://lifecarelocal.com/. If anyone thinks anything could be better about my website then please let me know. My main goal is to generate more sales leads for life insurance and annuities and health insurance.

@Jonathan Symonds - the site looks great, very clean and current! I noticed a couple of things that are missing and if you fix them will help: 1-When visitors land on the page they typically don't scroll to the bottom so you want to display your Credibility and Authority right away. Take a look at the branding image I did when I built Roy's Authority Pkg, this would be a great way to replace a generic headshot. 2-Embed your teaching/educational media interviews on podcast & TV segments so visitors see you as the Subject-Matter-Expert 3-People don't Google "best financial advisor in___" - but the will Google your name and company. and you want more to show on page #1 than your website and social media. Take a look at Roy's search that pre-frames his authority, The green arrows are the items I built in the Authority Branding pkg which not only give credibility and trust on website/social/email, but also on Google. If your generating annuity leads do you have any scripts or presentations that have worked the best for you?
I am going to be running annuity Meta ads and I am interested in hearing other agents experience with how you work annuity leads and the phone scripts and presentations that you have had success with using to close annuity sales. I have some experience with working with teachers helping them with retirement and we used annuities and IULs and Roth IRAs. I am interested in hearing whats working well now for annuity agents.

@Jonathan Symonds What I’m seeing is scripts and presentations matter far less than what prospects believe about you before the call. With annuity Meta leads especially, people Google you immediately. If they don’t see clear expertise and credibility, no script can save the conversation.... What is working well: • Pre-framing authority before the call showing podcast & TV interviews, media mentions and As Seen On ABC, CBS, NBC & FOX branding (email, confirmation page, Google footprint) • Education-first conversations vs product presentations• Simple frameworks that position annuities as solutions, not products • Consistent messaging across ads, calls, and follow-up Bottom line, the best “script” is when prospects already trust you before you ever speak Curious, when your Meta leads Google you today, does what they see reinforce expert status or look like every other agent?

Hey y'all, what are some things that you are currently doing to grow and scale your Annuity practice? I'm curious to see if y'all have been utilizing our Seminar Program, online leads, cross selling your Medicare book, etc. What are some things that you would like to try that you have been hesitating pulling the trigger on?

From what I see, most annuity producers are using the right tactics, seminars, online leads, Medicare cross-sell, but results stall when trust isn’t built before prospects engage. A few quick thoughts:• Seminars convert better when attendees already see you as the expert.• Online leads fail fast if someone Googles you and finds a generic footprint.• Medicare cross-sell works best when clients view you as their trusted authority.• Many hesitate on podcasts or media, even though those assets make everything else convert easier. Bottom line, prospects decide if they trust you before the first conversation. Quick question: when someone Googles you today, does what they see reinforce why they should trust you with retirement decisions?
