New Podcast
A new podcast dropped with Lillie Kane. She's nutritionist. I don't see eye to eye with her on everything from a nutrition slant. You can see that I'm not too thrilled with the red light, yellow light, green light game of picking foods if they are good or bad because, as you all know, it always depends on your context. I was glad that I was able to ultimately bend the conversation towards circadian biology. Discussing what food is really about is a barcode to your light environment and how your body processes the electrons and the protons from the foods. I believe she broke this podcast up into a couple different segments. This is segment one so hope you enjoy.

Coming from a corporate environment for over 30 years, the lack of sleep, daily anxiety and being inside under the lights, often the coping mechanism was flavor of the day nutritional diets, running and supplementation. All good things but encouraged overtraining, produced poor recovery time and falling for exaggerated supplement claims. The hemp farmers in my family tree lived well into their 90's for good reason (note: it was not the hemp, lol).

What wearables/health devices do you love?
I am wondering if people would be willing to share what health devices they use and love? With so many out there it would be great to hear what people have found valuable.

I'm also an Oura Ring user and review the sleep and readiness detail data each morning. I'd like to know if anyone is using RingConn which my chiropractor favors. I also am using the Conneqt blood pressure machine which can measure artery health. It can generate a report you can print out to review data points.

With consistent low CPP low 24-34 while Central BP is within range (however, brachial hypertension stage 1), is exercise the priority? Have made improvements in diet and sleep but feel losing the battle of artery stiffness.

A brilliant clear synopsis that everyone should be able to process and understand. It's a paradigm shift though which if followed should lead to a new pathway for behavioral change. The old proverb "an ounce of prevention" lives on.
