Fun & productive weekend! . Ran into one of my first real estate mentors Bill Allen and his beautiful wife, Lucy. He beat us at duckpin bowling 🤣 . Stopped at our 44 unit apartment 🏢building that we bought in March. While we were there, they were replacing roofs, installing lights 💡 , turning units 🔨 and started tree trimming 🌳 ... we made some videos while we were there. Can’t wait to show you guys! . Finished off last night in Louisville watching my first UFC fight LIVE, thanks to Krysta 😀💪 . Now we are headed home to SC to meet with my parents and business partner. . God is good 🙌
