They take the complicated stuff, mostly how your nervous system handles stress and recovery, and turn it into something you can actually apply without a bio degree. Most of us are in "go" mode, no stop. We never give the body a chance to recover. So sleep, energy, mood... it all takes hits. The Reset is a simple way, in one week, to watch your real inputs, find the one thing draining you most, and pull it back. That's the signal that lets everything downshift.
