Welcome to Day 1 of th OS 7 day Reset
Let's see who's actually doing this! You're part of the first group to run through the AIQ OS 7-Day Reset on this platform. That means two things: you get the program, and you help us figure out how to run it better. Fair trade. Day 1 is simple. 10 minutes of outdoor light within the first hour of waking up. No sunglasses. No scrolling from a window. Outside. Light on your face. That's it. The science behind it is straightforward — morning light anchors your circadian clock, which means better energy during the day and better sleep at night. Everything we do this week builds off a nervous system that's actually calibrated. This is how we calibrate it. Drop a reply below: Did you get outside this morning? Yes, no, or "I forgot but I'm going now" — all valid. We're not here to perform. We're here to see what actually changes when you do the things consistently. So the Reset and the OS are just systems. They take the complicated stuff, mostly how your nervous system handles stress and recovery, and turn it into something you can actually apply without a bio degree. Most of us are in "go" mode, no stop. We never give the body a chance to recover. So sleep, energy, mood... it all takes hits. The Reset is a simple way, in one week, to watch your real inputs, find the one thing draining you most, and pull it back. That's the signal that lets everything downshift. Call it an interface to the science, or just a simple way to get at a real problem. I'll do a post on this soon. Thanks for asking!
