Never used blender, pascal editor, and unreal engine before. But got inspired after kids playtime to take some photos and reimagine a space in my basement.

Good evening Old Dawgs, I am excited to announce that my curriculum has been accepted at the Houston Electrical JATC. I begin teaching Foundational Leadership Development to the first year apprentices this coming spring, then incorporate all year levels next school year. Houston ISD has also reached out to me and wants to have a face to face meeting with administrators about bringing in Tour de Trades as a partner program. Old Dawg Builder's Community has been an amazing resource for me and I'm hoping to be able to contribute more to this organization. Have a Blessed week!

I’m new here

Damn! The Old Dawg Leadership Podcast Episode 3 is mighty! EI explained, discussed and how to apply. @Adam Hoots, @Mike Chiles and @Brent Darnell, y'all really took me down a rabbit hole with this one. I thought I knew EI, but I had only scratched the surface. Thank you for being honest, vulnerable and throwing that usual touch of humor in there. I can't wait to apply what I've learned!!

Hey yall! We have a webinar with Lean Construction Blog X Old Dawg Builders' Community this Thursday in place of our Old Dawgs Learning New Tricks. Here is a link to sign up: https://leanconstructionblog.com/webinar-36.html I plan to send out a calendar invite to everyone as soon as I get the presenter link from The Lean Construction Blog folks. My one question for the team is: how much construction experience do you have?! Please drop it in the comments so we can tout it to the attendees! We have to be well over 1,000 years of experience in this group! #sharingconstructionwisdom #grateful
