Back to the rich blue dial on the Invicta today. I bought a new pair of shoes and the band is almost a perfect match. I suspect this watch will get more wrist time now even though it is a quartz. At least it’s a pretty quartz.

Wearing my Dads old Timex Camper today. This watch is based on MIL-W-46374 REV. B specifications for an inexpensive watch that is accurate, clearly legible in all light conditions with a 24 hour dial. The REV.B allowed for plastic 1 piece cases. These watches were never meant to be repaired and were disposed of when they quit working. It is also known as the “McGyver” watch since it was worn by the main character on the first 3 seasons of the show. This particular model was made in the Philippines in August of 1987.
