I've been in Europe for the last few months and it was the best stretch I've had in a long time. Half my family is Slovenian so a lot of it was time with people I only get to see every few years. The rest was travelling around, seeing cities I'd only ever seen in photos, eating way too much, and getting a proper break from sitting at the same desk every day. The thing I didn't expect was how much I got done. I was working out of apartments, trains, and airport lounges with a laptop and nothing else, and it was probably my most productive period all year. Most of that time went into AI employees. I built out the systems that now run a big chunk of my business without me touching them. One that tracks how every piece of content I post actually performs and tells me what to make next. One that handles the posting itself. A dashboard that shows me the state of everything in one screen. All of it Claude Code, memory files, and skills. No expensive tools, no complicated setups. The whole point of building this way is that it keeps running when you're not at your desk. Two months across Europe was the real test of that, and it held up. Now I'm heading home to a proper setup and a normal routine, and I'm going to go a lot harder. More builds, more systems, and I'll be showing the real ones in here. I'm in the air for about 24 hours so replies will be slow. Drop anything you need below and I'll get to it when I land.
