1. 14 Videos posts -7 informational videos -7 workout videos 2. Mind map complete in the next couple hours 3. Minimum of 15 New out reaches per day 4. study at least 3hours per day 5. At least a 1.5 hour workout per day 6. Full carnivore diet all week 7. At least 6 appointments between fitness and insurance this week from 105 out reaches 8. Check in with fitness clients every Friday even if they reach out with a question before then. 9. grocery shop and meal prep on Tuesday 10. Take GF out sometime with week.

Yup same old things today, going to make some tweaks to whats happening next week. Acouple things out of my control made for alittle bit of a time issue but next week ill have handled most randomness that can come up

@Jeff Hinman Hey jeff, hopefully your still locked into your diet by the time you read this but if your not, get back to it. Listen, im a trainer, i have an app. Theres nothing like raising your standards to help you tap back into your willingness to push and tap into another level. I can help with that. Upon reading this think of the people you love that are watching and modeling your actions. Lets focus and rip this year apart. Obviously deep down you want to. Lets go.

@Dean Munro i replied on the post above this. Its just week two man. Im steppingit up in here . I just finished the 5 shift post. I didnt it earlier this week but didnt follow the directions and posted a picture of my values in the wrong spot! Lol. Anyway i got it down and if you get time today to do it, it only really took 5 minutes after the videos. the videos are easy to get through

💡 What was your biggest takeaway from this video? The Negative pattern labels 📖 What did you learn—not just about the concept, but about yourself? I've always been aware of these undesirable traits within myself but maybe ive lacked ways to work with or through them. 🔍 Which survival mechanism of mine resonated with you the most? How has it been showing up in your life? The ticking time bomb resonated with me a fair amount because i do tend to bottle things up and be more passive at times. Even though i do this, part of the reason is because i realize alot of things arnt worth mentioning or arguing about. At the same time though, something are worth mentioning and talking about. Ive had a moment just a couple days ago we're being patient -kind of bottling up how i felt- happened, and then when i could i explained how i felt and why and was able to work past how i felt. Going through this couse will probably make me more aware of situations we're i can implement that. 🔥 Which Essence of mine did you relate to the most? If you started being that everyday how would your life change? I resonated alot with resonance and love those are natural my basic state of being when energy blocks arnt keyed in If i was operated out of those more often i would have deeper more meaningful relationships, be more valuable, and make more money. ⚖ How can you start choosing your essence over your survival mechanism in daily moments? Being more aware of my freedom to choice my essence over my survival mechanism on a moment to moment bases and remeber my intetion to be my essence most of the time if not all the time.
