💡 What was your biggest takeaway from this video? The Negative pattern labels 📖 What did you learn—not just about the concept, but about yourself? I've always been aware of these undesirable traits within myself but maybe ive lacked ways to work with or through them. 🔍 Which survival mechanism of mine resonated with you the most? How has it been showing up in your life? The ticking time bomb resonated with me a fair amount because i do tend to bottle things up and be more passive at times. Even though i do this, part of the reason is because i realize alot of things arnt worth mentioning or arguing about. At the same time though, something are worth mentioning and talking about. Ive had a moment just a couple days ago we're being patient -kind of bottling up how i felt- happened, and then when i could i explained how i felt and why and was able to work past how i felt. Going through this couse will probably make me more aware of situations we're i can implement that. 🔥 Which Essence of mine did you relate to the most? If you started being that everyday how would your life change? I resonated alot with resonance and love those are natural my basic state of being when energy blocks arnt keyed in If i was operated out of those more often i would have deeper more meaningful relationships, be more valuable, and make more money. ⚖ How can you start choosing your essence over your survival mechanism in daily moments? Being more aware of my freedom to choice my essence over my survival mechanism on a moment to moment bases and remeber my intetion to be my essence most of the time if not all the time.
