Let's get you under 20 minutes!
Hey runners! As the creator of this group, my biggest goal is to help you smash your running targets with ease. My own current 5k is around 17 minutes, and the sub-20 barrier is a milestone I love helping people break. I have helped others break this barrier in a very short time so i want to help others do the same. So tell me: what's your current 5k time and what's your dream goal? Drop it below – let's use this as our master goal list and I'll help us all get there. Can't wait to see what we're all working towards.

I would categorise you as an S tier runner. as in a sub 20 runner so i would say: How much are you splitting between slow long runs and short quick runs / if 80% slow and 20 % fast make it 40% slow 60% speed and also add in a couple hill sprints every week. - 2 Long Slows ( You can either do a whole 15km for example or split i as a AM 8km PM 7km, this way is better in my opinion) - 3 Speed Sessions - 1 Hill Day - Daily 1km This is generally how your week training should go. One last bit is to not leave a day without running even if you only do 1km. Let me know how it goes. 😃
