This message is a truism, but sometimes I find people are overwhelmed with where to begin, because as the oft-said adage says, "how we do one thing is how we do everything". I of course endorse elevating ourselves in ALL areas, but if overwhelm, or confusion (or anything else) is holding anyone back from upleveling, pick one area or habit to improve and/or eliminate, give yourself a timetable (30 days?) and for that one area (or all if you're "full-on-In), it's super critical to keep close tabs on those metrics, plus rate each day's effort. Also, measure the small wins. "Small hinges can swing big doors".
