🎥 Video Shifts to Master in 2026 — My Takeaways
Tonight was the Vimeo webinar, and even though my connection didn’t play along, I still managed to catch some really valuable insights. I did ask whether there will be a replay, so let’s keep our fingers crossed. In the meantime, here’s what I learned: ✨ 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. It’s massive, it’s growing fast, and it’s definitely not going anywhere. ✨ 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿. If you’re using AI, you still need to show up as *you*—your real voice, your real look, and most importantly, your real message. AI can support you, but it can’t replace your heart. ✨ 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹. A reliable tool helps you create better clearer, more confident videos. ✨ 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲. If you’re using one dashboard to publish across multiple platforms, make sure each version has a slight difference. Platforms don’t like duplicates, and your audience deserves content that feels tailored. ✨ 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗜‑𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀. People want clarity, credibility, and high‑quality visuals. Make sure your videos look sharp and feel trustworthy. ✨ 𝗦𝗘𝗢 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 Some platforms offer built‑in SEO, which is a big advantage—especially for bigger brands. Smaller digital marketers may not need this level of hosting yet, but it’s still good to know what’s possible. That’s what I managed to gather before my signal dropped. If a replay becomes available, I’ll share it so we can all dive deeper together.

🎰Mozi Minute: When It’s Easy, Go Harder
Business is like a casino. 🎰 If you keep playing with the same strategy and never change the odds, the house eventually wins. ♠️The market is the house. ♦️Competition is the house. 🃏Bad luck is the house. They all have infinite time and resources. You don't. But here's what most entrepreneurs miss: when you get a good hand, you don't celebrate and coast. You double down. Most business owners do the opposite. Revenue is flowing, team is running smooth, customers are happy. So they ease up. Take longer vacations. Focus on "work-life balance." 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲. Easy times are when you build the moat that protects you during hard times. When business gets easy, that's your signal to go harder. Here's why: • 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. Use it to build systems, hire better people, expand into new markets. Don't waste it on comfort. • 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀. While they're struggling with the problems you've solved, you can pull further ahead. Gaps close fast in business. • 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴. This is when you invest in the future, not when you increase personal expenses. Reinvest while you can afford to fail. • 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆. Markets shift. Competitors catch up. Economic conditions change. The entrepreneurs who survive understand that easy times fund the hard times. Think of every easy period as borrowed time. The casino will eventually get its edge back. Your job is to change the fundamental odds while you have the advantage. Real examples: 💎Amazon used profitable quarters to fund AWS. 💲Apple used iPhone success to build their services ecosystem. They didn't coast when things got easy - they accelerated. The casino analogy holds: When you're winning, increase your bets strategically. When you're losing, preserve capital and wait for better odds. But never coast just because you're comfortable. As promised, value in under a minute. Drop a 🂡 if you've enjoyed this Mozi minute.
