I can see how this is very similar to limiting beliefs as it brings up the same thoughts for me… fear of failure, unworthiness, etc. Procrastination is a big one for me also. And if i don’t feel like I can do something perfectly, it might keep me from doing it all together. Definitely something I need to be aware of…

What habits serve you? What don't serve you? What routines and rituals do you have established and what would you like to create for yourself?

In the morning, I start with affirmations right upon waking and then morning coffee. In the afternoon I get some sort of work out or walk in. In the evenings I check in with my current challenges, I do a gratitude journal, journaling, and set goals/intentions for the following day. And affirmations before bed. I am NOT a morning person but I feel like I could be better served by a better morning routine. I’d gladly take some tips from anyone who wants to share what works for them!

I’ve been thinking a lot about this the past few days and over this challenge in general. If I’m honest, I think I fall more under conditioned self but I am slowly working my way over to authentic self. Being able to show up here daily with support and growing in knowledge makes me incredibly hopeful! Working on myself daily has been the best gift to myself!! 🫶🏻

I took a detox bath while listening to a guided meditation. Felt the energy from my feet all of the way up to my head. Ironically the guided meditation was about “I am” and consciousness. My body was so relaxed and calm that I nearly fell asleep. Feeling so energized and grateful to be on this journey. 🤍
