In the morning, I start with affirmations right upon waking and then morning coffee. In the afternoon I get some sort of work out or walk in. In the evenings I check in with my current challenges, I do a gratitude journal, journaling, and set goals/intentions for the following day. And affirmations before bed. I am NOT a morning person but I feel like I could be better served by a better morning routine. I’d gladly take some tips from anyone who wants to share what works for them!
