Have to share: I have lost 5.0 pounds in the past 1.5 weeks just from working out: 3 days a week (with a lot of burpees π), stopping the late night dinners and eating when I get home without my husband and have cut out the occasional alcoholic beverage during the week. And the biggest part of this win?? I am sleeping better and feel better and less bloated! Hallelujah!!!
