@Hugo alberto Ochoa ochoa exactly. The only part we would play in a situation the truck breaks down is communicating with the brokers and the driver. If they are going to be delayed picking up/ already have the load but are broken down heading to destination/ keeping up with the driver and their updates on the situation. Maybe another option would be teaming up with mechanics or roadside assistance company’s to get the drivers back on the road but I think unless you have trucks of your own it’s not necessary to add on in the beginning of business. In my opinion

@Kendrick Moton yeah I think there’s different packages with different services you can offer for an overall fee rather than just charges per emergency but of course you want to make sure your driver is safe and has support.
