@Christine Boev would you recommend that we do this three times this week?
Protein. The king of all macronutrients.

@Christine Boev I agree! My goal is 140g usually going over but today I hit the macros perfectly! It’s such a win when that happens as I get pretty darn close daily but today was a perfect score. And it truly does help to track because without it I would definitely over or under estimate the 3. So if anyone says it’s not important or too much work to track, they are missing out!
Monday Motivation!
Did you know that Monday is the most important day to get your workout in? How you start the week sets the tone for the next 6 days. I like to start this process of Sunday by doing the following: -Scheduling my workouts in my calendar. -Getting a general idea of what meals for the week will look like. -Designating an active recovery day. -Hitting my daily step count. Non-negotiable. Even if I have to walk around my house to get it done. Keep things simple. We often get bogged down in intricate, complicated processes. Movement Hydration Fuel Recovery Have a great week!
