Wherever I am when I need to speak to our Hevenly Father is where I pray. In my car, in the grocery store, in a park, in bed, anywhere I happen to be.

@Jillian Davis it was actually pretty easy to get there. I just realized that there is no wrong place to pray, (except maybe on the toilet that's just not cool) and that you don't have to be in church among other believers to pray. God wants to hear from us wherever we are. I could be wrong. It would not be the first time, if I am. 😉

@Jillian Davis If I am being completely honest, the end of the day is easiest for me. Mainly because I was raised to say my prayers before bed and it became a nightly ritual/routine. That being said, I find myself praying all day at random intervals. If it is just thanking God for some small blessing or asking forgiveness immediately for a wrong I have done in that moment. I pray in the car on my way to work, during my meal break at work, and on my way home after work. I could use a bit more of the morning quiet time with Him. I am still trying to build sustainable routines in my walk with Jesus.

Please pray for Our Lord to touch the hearts of my boys to call them back into the church. My 2 sons are grown men with children of their own. My oldest is going through a divorce while serving in the U.S.Navy. He needs extra prayer for peace and guidance. I worry about him most of all because he has always been a very sensitive and introverted young man. I fear he holds too much inside and doesn't give himself enough grace, let alone accept it for himself. He's a good man with a good heart. He just needs to return to The Lord. My younger son is a wonderful father and husband. I am very proud of the man he has grown into. He does struggle with anger issues and he, too, forgets to give himself (and sometimes others) grace. Heavenly Father, great is Your mercy and grace. I humbly ask You to send Your Holy Spirit to touch and heal my child's heart as he navigates his way in the world as a single man again. I also ask that You, by way of Your Holy Spirit, guide him back to You and Your church. I ask, Heavenly Father, that you also send Your Holy Spirit to touch my younger child's heart and bring him back to Your church, healing his heart, in the process. I thank You, Lord, for all of your blessings and all of Your lessons. In the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, I pray. AMEN 🙏
