#Video 1 Hi! I am an entrepreneur, RN, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, and 500 hour Advanced Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor. I stepped away from the sick care model of healthcare (bedside nursing as a former trauma and OR nurse) and now work with clients on preventative health and wellness care. I started my own business roughly 4 years ago. I focus on gut health, inflammation, toxin exposure, genetics, and stress management. I learned about money from my Dad who is an entrepreneur in commercial real estate. Although, he was constantly working and missed out on so much of our activities growing up. He did really well making money but sacrificed so much time. I don't want that. I want time freedom and put the time into the events and activities I enjoy doing.
