KLOW GLOW!!!!
Many of you have ordered and due to such a high demand I have not promoted this skincare because I CAN NOT keep it on the shelf! (its that good) Which is a great thing but it takes time to make. I will be able to create another batch as I am trying to keep up and knowing the holidays are coming I want to make sure that I have enough. I have 2 different versions of this amazing product: one is a serum and the other is a gel like cream. The second one is a new version with a gel like moisturizer that I have been testing on myself and although I like the first version the 2nd one offer a bit more hydration and allows to skip the moisturizer use after applying the serum. I will have then available by Friday of this week! LET'S GET GLOWING LADIES!!!!!!

🩷 BLUEPRINT SPOTLIGHT: METHYLENE BLUE
Brain boost? Mitochondrial support? Longevity tool? Here’s what you actually need to know. Methylene blue has been around for well over 100 years, but lately it has exploded in the longevity and biohacking world. So what exactly is it? 🔵 Methylene blue is a synthetic compound and medication — NOT a peptide. Its established medical use includes treating acquired methemoglobinemia, a condition in which hemoglobin can't effectively deliver oxygen to tissues. But the reason you're hearing about it in the wellness world is very different: 🧠 Why are people interested in it? Researchers have studied methylene blue's effects on mitochondrial energy metabolism and the brain. At low concentrations, laboratory and preclinical research suggests it can participate in electron transfer within mitochondria—the little “power plants” inside our cells. That's where the interest in energy, cognition, memory and neuroprotection comes from. There is some human research too. One small randomized, double-blind study involving 26 healthy adults investigated a single low oral dose and found changes in brain activity associated with attention and memory, along with improved memory retrieval. Interesting? Yes. Proof that taking methylene blue long-term prevents cognitive decline or acts as a longevity drug? No. And larger Alzheimer's research using a related form of the methylene-blue molecule has not demonstrated the clear benefit people sometimes imply online. A Phase 3 trial involving 891 people did not meet its primary efficacy outcomes when the treatment was added to standard Alzheimer's medications. 🚨 THIS PART MATTERS: Who should NOT casually take it? Methylene blue can act as a monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor, which means medication interactions can become serious. ⚠️ SSRIs/SNRIs and other serotonergic antidepressants ⚠️MAO inhibitors ⚠️Certain opioids ⚠️Dextromethorphan— found in many cough medicines ⚠️ Other medications that increase serotonin Combining methylene blue with serotonergic drugs can potentially cause serotonin syndrome, which can be life-threatening. The current prescription label carries a boxed warning about this interaction.

I have a very close friend who two years ago was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer. It had traveled to his liver and a large portion of one lung. He was a healthy 56 year old man. He qualified for a clinical trial and was given a hopeful 5-10 years. He was told his kidney would never become operable because of the location of the tumor. He is a VERY smart man, and just dove head first into research. He did follow the trial which included immunotherapy... after some time he was kicked out of the trial because he was also doing some of his own experiments including methanelyne blue, fasting, strict whole food diet, and keytosis. Along with other things I can't say I know every detail but that's the gist. LONG STORY short, his cancer just kept shrinking, his lung & liver completely cleared over a period of 12-18 months. His kidney tumor shrank to a point of which they were in fact able to operate. He has his kidney removed in August of this year. As of today he is 100% cancer free... his tumor was biopsied after removal, and the cells were dead even in there. Anyway, I had to share this story because if I didn't watch this all go down first hand I would find it hard to believe. Not that methalyne blue is single handed responsible, but there are so many things available not being researched & just bypassed. The doctors say that are in disbelief- but they quickly dismiss him when he explains. Either way, his wife, 3 boys, and many friends and family are beyond grateful that he is a genius 🤓
Walk Into Your HRT Appointment Prepared 📝
Big news if you haven't heard: in November 2025, the FDA announced it would remove the "black box" warnings from most estrogen hormone therapy products, and the new labels note that starting within 10 years of menopause may bring long-term benefits. (One warning stays: women who still have a uterus need progesterone with estrogen to protect the uterine lining.) That means more providers are open to the conversation. Here's how to make the most of it. Screenshot this and bring it with you. About you 1. Based on my symptoms, am I a good candidate for hormone therapy? 2. Do I need labs first, or can we start based on my symptoms? 3. How does my personal and family history (breast cancer, blood clots, stroke, heart disease, migraines with aura) affect my options? 4. How does my age and time since my last period affect the benefits and risks for me? About the options 5. Patch, gel, spray or pill: which form of estrogen is best for me, and why? (Ask about clot risk; skin forms are generally considered lower risk than pills.) 6. I still have my uterus. Which progesterone will I take? Is micronized (body-identical) progesterone an option? 7. Would vaginal estrogen help my dryness, painful sex or bladder symptoms? Can I use it with or without systemic HRT? 8. Is testosterone an option for low libido, and how would we monitor it? About what to expect 9. How soon should I notice a difference, and which symptoms usually improve first? 10. What side effects are normal at the start, and which ones should I call you about? 11. What bleeding is expected, and what isn't? 12. When is my follow-up, and will we adjust based on symptoms, labs or both? 13. If I take thyroid medication, should we recheck my thyroid after I start? If HRT isn't right for you 14. What non-hormonal options are there for hot flashes, sleep and mood? Tips: Bring your symptom log, your current medications and supplements, and the dates of your last mammogram and Pap test. If you feel rushed or dismissed, it's okay to ask for a referral to a menopause-trained provider.

I am looking for a good gyno. I have a long history w my current, but he is very dismissive when I talk about peri/meno. Need to find a new one to help me through.
I tested it so you don't have to!
See the video if you don't want to read... I wanted to test the difference between Tirz and Reta. So I used myself as a subject. Last week Tirz at 2mg and appetite was a little less but enabled me to get in my calories and protein. This week I used 2mg Reta - holy moly was I hit with fatigue! So- I added NMN powder to my coffee and 5Amino 1 MQ. HUGE difference in my energy and felt back to normal within one day. Crazy just how sensitive we can be or cant be for certain peptides. What has been something you experimented with that you know for a fact worked?
I tested it so you don't have to!

REAL TALK TODAY💛
Yesterday I was let go from my pharmaceutical job after almost 20 years. I'm still processing it, and I won't pretend it doesn't hurt. I gave that career everything. But here's what I know: everything I learned in those 20 years — the science, the clinical side, how to read the research — didn't leave with the job. It's coming with me, and it's going into AgeWell313 and into THIS community. So I'm going all in on building this space. More content, more depth, more of me. And I need something from you. A community only works if we talk to each other. Right now it's the same few amazing people (you know who you are, and I love you for it 🙌). I want to hear from the rest of you too. You don't need a perfect post. Just drop something in the comments: - Where are you in your journey right now? - What's one question you've been sitting on? - What's working for you, and what isn't? - What would you love me to cover next? - I'll be honest with you: I pay for this space every month, and I'm deciding over the next few weeks whether to keep it going. If it becomes the conversation I know it can be, I'm all in. That part is up to us together. Say hi below. Even one line counts. 👇

I am so very sorry to hear about your job. Like it was said, I believe it happened for you! You have so many exciting things coming and now you have the time to enjoy instead of rushing to get everything in. I believe in what you are doing here & am thankful for it. You got this
