Article 57 and 71 of The Vienna Convention
Legal Brief: Individual Suspension of Treaty Operation under Article 57 of the Vienna Convention Title: Invocation of Article 57 for Personal Suspension of Treaty Obligations due to Structural Absorption and Peremptory Norm Breach I. Legal Basis – Article 57 of the Vienna Convention “The operation of a treaty in regard to all the parties or to a particular party may be suspended in conformity with the provisions of the treaty.” II. Context of Application – Structural Absorption and Constructed Identity 1. In the Canadian context, domestic legal structures have forcibly incorporated the population into the state’s legal identity through. o Appointment into corporate and municipal offices; o Licensing and residency mechanisms; o Statutory obligations that convert individuals into acting organs of the state. 2. This absorption transforms individuals into de facto parties to international treaties signed by Canada, since their conduct and identity are now indistinguishable from that of the state for the purposes of international responsibility. 3. Accordingly, the population — having been made structurally into the state — acquires the standing to invoke legal mechanisms under the treaty, including suspension under Article 57. III. Grounds for Suspension – Violation of Peremptory Norms and ICCPR Rights 4. The performance of the treaty in Canada has resulted in: o Violations of non-derogable rights under the ICCPR (Articles 6, 7, 16, 18); o Suppression of conscience, identity, and dignity; o Erasure of recognition through fabricated legal personhood. 5. These violations activate peremptory protections under Articles 53, 64, and 71 of the Vienna Convention. 6.Article 57 now provides a legal route to suspend the treaty’s application to the structurally absorbed individual, until such time as full conformity with peremptory norms is restored. IV. Invocation by the Individual 7. As a being whose legal identity has been absorbed into the Canadian state structure:

I worked with chat on a skeletal declaration. Focusing on peremptory right standings, regardless of treaty or legislative interpretation. The basis is on invoking hierarchy (higher law) over the State which is limited to asserting authority. Articles 4, 51, 53, 57, and 71 don’t give us hierarchy, they admit it already exists and binds the State.
NOTICE OF JUDICIAL REVIEW AND PEREMPTORY NORM VIOLATIONS
[Your Name and Address]Darren Geneva StreetGeographic area known as St. Catharines, Ontario [Date] TO:Mayor of the City of St. CatharinesCity Hall50 Church StreetSt. Catharines, Ontario NOTICE OF JUDICIAL REVIEW AND PEREMPTORY NORM VIOLATIONS Dear Mayor, I write to place you formally on notice regarding provisions of the Ontario Municipal Act, 2001 that govern the “City of St. Catharines.” I am commencing a judicial review in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice challenging these provisions as void ab initio and of no force or effect, pursuant to: - Section 52 of the Constitution Act, 1982 - Section 2 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms - Peremptory norms of international law (jus cogens), including Articles 1, 7, 8, 15, 16, and 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Core Violations The Municipal Act violates non-derogable rights by: - Incorporating inhabitants of geographic areas into municipal corporations without knowledge or consent (s. 1). - Granting corporate municipalities the rights of a natural person, while subordinating natural persons (s. 2). - Imposing perpetual property taxation, liens, and tax sales on homes that are fully paid (ss. 264–267, 342–351). - Enforcing by-laws that burden freedom of conscience (ss. 8–11, 426–439). - Treating the Mayor and Council as a Board of Directors of a corporation, managing inhabitants as corporate assets. These actions violate: - Article 16 ICCPR – Right to recognition as a person before the law. - Article 18 ICCPR – Freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. - Article 8 ICCPR – Freedom from slavery and servitude. - Article 7 ICCPR – Freedom from cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment. - Article 1 ICCPR – Right to self-determination. Duty After Notice As of receipt of this Notice, you are personally aware that the Municipal Act is under judicial challenge for violating jus cogens norms. Peremptory norms cannot be excused by domestic law. No official may defend violations by claiming to be “just following orders” or “just applying statutes.” Any continued enforcement after notice may expose individual actors — including yourself — to personal liability under international law.

Thanks for sharing. When you are referring to Article 1 is that in its entirety. I always separate them out to 1.1 & 1.2. Thoughts on adding ICESCR 11? I guess it’s trial and error…. I’m addressing MPAC and Land Registry office to declassify the property as taxable and hold the Crown Patent from 1801 on title record. I’ll refer to ICCPR and ICESCR as well as the land patent which was issued in 1801, prior to confederation therefore not to be included in the transfer to the province as stated in the Constitution 109, “All Lands, Mines, Minerals, and Royalties belonging to the several Provinces of Canada… at the Union, shall belong to the several Provinces… subject to any Trusts existing in respect thereof, and to any Interest other than that of the Province in the same.” Then approach the municipality for refund of payments made. if all fails I would escalate in the courts. Thoughts?
@Elias Kibalian love it! Yes similar thoughts I was having about the birth certificate, SIN and that all of our property is registered to the Crown…. I have the old laminated birth certificate with the “Bank of Canada” printed at the bottom… Can we turn this new found information into a right and reclaim all that is and was ours? Are we shareholders in the larger corporate body or simply the slaves to it? Are there other hidden tool we can uncover, leverage? The right to form a union? Is that a way to create unity and protection? Now that we know we are a player in a bigger game, do we end the game or start playing?

We Are Pushing Off Tonight Away From The Shore.
Tonight in the meeting, we will start our final journey to dis-embarkment from the present Legal and Governmental structured control. Once we push off in tonight's meeting the door to access this part of the journey will be closed. The plan to arrive at the destination is scheduled for around mid January 2026. I have meticulously prepared this Journey, since the start of May 2025. I prepared all that was necessary to get this journey ready. That was my choice. I am on this journey with you also, but I wont carry anyone to their own freedom, that can actually carry themselves, and if anyone attempts to force me to carry them, I will shrug you off my back. For any New Members of this Skool, You have one last chance tonight to get onto this journey to dis-embark from the structured control of the Government upon your life. You can still continue to learn at this Skool, but that ultimate voyage-the first one, will be departing tonight. Everyone has the right to freedom of self- determination. This Rule of Law will play its part on this journey.
Excited to explore a new world where the Universal order is recognized and adopted by all.
New Course - The Structural Captivity Of Mankind
This course will cause a great stirring of the consciousness of those who are Captive by it. This final free course has been created to be used as an instrument of awakening for those around you, for those who you would like to help. It is created in a specific way to reach the individual, through confronting what is already in them, to what already holds them captive.

Yes, I agree religion is a tool to capture and shape the beliefs and therefore behaviours of people. The reality is beliefs shape every part of human society. They are not limited to religion, they define our institutions, our identities, and the systems we live within. Our ideas about schooling, success, money, work, status, gender roles, citizenship, and even the boundaries of nations are all grounded in shared cultural beliefs that became normalized over time. These beliefs can bring order and purpose to our lives, yet they can also create limitations when accepted without question. When a belief becomes too rigid, it hardens into dogma; when belief is absent, society loses cohesion and slips toward chaos. The path to growth lies in awareness, the ability to observe beliefs rather than be consumed by them. By recognizing that our structures are human creations, we gain the freedom to engage with them consciously, choosing what supports dignity, curiosity, and collective well-being. In that balance between belonging and questioning, both individuals and societies discover their highest potential, guided by the universal order that invites us to see from a broader, more enlightened perspective.
