@Jeelani Shareef My rest is a series of actions. For financial purposes, I like to print out my previous months bank statement and take into account what was spent that needed to be spent and what wasn't. I also have been in a perpetual state of shadow work. I reflect a lot on what has transpired, and what lessons I learned. I like to lean in to ensure I am not carrying the same mistakes forward. If I am frustrated about something and it is bothering me, I will start cleaning up my entire house, and re-cleaning stuff. I like to play my vinyl just empty the thoughts as I clean. It is very therapeutic for me.
The Bag Introductions
I an so glad you’re here in The Bag Community— a space for healing, growth, and becoming the highest version of yourself. This is your chance to unzip that bag and let us know who you are — beyond the titles and roles. 💬 Drop Your Bag Introduction Below: Share a few things to help the community connect with your journey: 1. Who are you and where are you from? 2. What’s in your bag right now? (Something you’re unpacking, healing, or un/learning.) 3. What does “Being the Bag” mean to you? 4.Bonus: Tag someone when you see a story that resonates — that’s how we build connection here.

Michelle living in Portland, the city of roses. My industries are, Nonprofit and Spiritual Science. Right now I am healing old financial wounds and relearning my connection to currency. Being the bag, means, understanding all the intricacies of me, my life and all my relations. It means showing up for myself my family then my community.
This a tough one 🤔

I actually like both. Having access to capital in different ways works for me. Saving helps me to feel secure, but investing helps me to stay in a forward motion.
✨ You can’t Be the Bag if you skip the unpacking
Healing those deep childhood wounds isn’t optional — it’s alignment in motion. 💛 Every unhealed piece will show up in your relationships, your money, your self-worth… until you face it, feel it, and free it. Unpack your bag — it’s the only way to truly carry light. 🕊️ #BeTheBag #UnpackToHeal #InnerChildWork #FinancialHealing #ShadowToShine #HealingJourney

I appreciate this message!
Thursday thoughts....
Sometimes the bag feels heavy — not because it’s full of blessings, but because it’s full of things that no longer belong to you. Expectations. Old fears. The voice that told you your dream was too much. Healing means unpacking what doesn’t serve the woman/man you’re becoming. It means looking inside the bag and realizing: half this weight ain’t even mine. When you finally let go, you remember — you were never meant to carry the world, only your worth. 🌍💼 whats in your bag?
