I've been thinking about this lately, partly because I don't always do a great job of it myself. It's easy to let the weekend become an extension of the week, especially when you're running a business or managing an organization where the to-do list never fully empties. But every now and then I have a weekend that actually feels restorative, and I always notice the difference it makes going into Monday. For me it usually involves some combination of slowing down, getting outside, or visiting with family. I'm curious what a genuinely good weekend looks like for the people in this group. Not the ideal fantasy version, just what actually makes you feel like you got some real rest.
