I finally found out what it's actually like to run an AI office. Here's one day. I didn't do all the work myself. I made the decisions. The office went through this whole community, every post, every course, and came back with what was working and what wasn't. Then I said yes, no, change this, or maybe. One small step at a time. The new welcome, the new level names, the cleaner Classroom. That all happened this week. What I'm learning is that I can direct a coding environment without becoming a coder. I still have to know what I want, recognize what isn't right, and say it clearly. And it isn't perfect. A reel didn't share to Facebook the way I expected, so we found out why and changed the plan. Today, McCain & Company AI Operations went from an idea I was building to an operation that is actually running. I built my AI office with specialist agents, specific responsibilities, operating instructions, approval rules and recurring operations. And today, we put it to work. We coordinated and organized my presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads and Pinterest. We corrected links, aligned positioning, scheduled content, established workflows and created a system that can continue working even when I'm not sitting in front of it. I directed. My team executed. We checked the work, corrected what needed correcting and kept moving. And perhaps the biggest lesson for me is this: I did not learn to code. I learned how to direct a coding environment without becoming a coder. At 72, after more than 50 years on stage, screen, television and radio, I'm still building. I'm still learning. And I'm using what I already know about directing people, performance and getting to an outcome in an entirely new arena. McCain & Company AI Operations is officially open. Experience. Strategy.
